1.  What are Guilford Digital Enhanced Resources?

Enhanced Resources are downloadable tools (such as fillable forms, online supplements, and additional media) that extend a Guilford title's practical utility and flexibility. Unlike the Standard downloadable materials that are included free with purchase for selected books, there is an additional low cost for Enhanced Resources. Some titles with Enhanced Resources do not have Standard Resources.

2.  Is access to Guilford Digital Enhanced Resources permanent?

Yes, once you purchase a set of Enhanced Resources, you have access to it any time, and can also download and save it to your personal devices.

3.  What devices can I use these resources on?

Depending on the resource type, you should be able to access these on most devices, including desktop computers and mobile devices. Fillable form functionality is available in Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat, and on web browsers.

4.  How do I access these once I purchase them?

After purchase, your order confirmation email will contain a link to the Enhanced Resources. You can also find a link from the Your Orders page, or you can navigate to the supplementary materials page from the book’s product page. Each set of Enhanced Resources includes options to download the materials in flexible ways, from individual fillable forms to complete packets. Note: To access your materials, you must be signed in to the Guilford account with which you purchased them.

5.  What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by visiting our Change Your Password page. Simply follow the instructions provided, and you’ll be able to set a new password in just a few steps. For security, you'll need access to the email associated with your account.

6.  I pre-ordered Enhanced Resources for a title – how will I know when these are available?

You will receive an email when the product you pre-ordered becomes available.

7.  Can I buy the Enhanced Resources without buying the book?

Because the Enhanced Resources are sold as a separate product, it is possible to purchase them without buying the book. However, to use these materials effectively, you need the information and instructions provided in the book.

8.  Are Enhanced Resources returnable?

Because these are digital products, they are not returnable. For titles that also have Standard downloadable materials included free of charge, you can look at the Standard version before purchasing the Enhanced version to get a sense of the materials included. Keep in mind that the Standard version generally won’t have each file provided individually, and any forms won’t be fillable.

9.  Can I share my purchase with friends or colleagues?

Enhanced Resources are intended for the individual purchaser’s personal use or use with clients or students.
